Changes...

...can be difficult, even when they are desired. Sometimes having someone else to help with the process of needed change can make all the difference in the outcome.

As a licensed therapist, I am available to provide caring, compassionate help to those who seek assistance with changes they would like to make in their lives.  Oftentimes, such changes involve sought-for improvements in relationships, work, school, mental health, and general well-being. 

I work with individuals, couples, families, and groups -- including children ages 6-12, teens, and adults -- to try to achieve such changes through counseling, psychotherapy, training, and education.
